Course Content:
This course examines four sectors: health, social care, young children and community justice. You will be given an insight into many rewarding careers within these sectors and an initial introduction to the roles of all of the different professions. It also shows you how the different services fit together and teaches you the importance of putting the individual at the centre of those services.
Progression:
On successful completion of the course you may progress onto related Level 2 courses such as:
Higher Diploma in Society, Health and Development
CACHE Award/Certificate/Diploma in Childcare and Education
BTEC First Diploma in Children's Care, Learning and Development
