Foundation School Link Course

Description:
The Foundation School-Link Course gives the learners the opportunity to experience the learning environment of North Glasgow College. Learners will become familiar with the college building, get to know staff in the Support for Learning Section and the subjects which are taught.The aim is to give the learners an experience of college on which to base their future when the time comes to leave school. This Course gives learners confidence to act on these choices. Learners may have the opportunity to access a wide range of subjects. This includes practical options taught in various faculties throughout the college.

Each learner will have an Individual Learning Plan.

S.Q.A. Units appropriate to subject options. Progression to Foundation Course on leaving school if appropriate.
