Course programme

The topic discussed will depend on the book chosen.
You will develop your French reading skills, develop you vocabulary and understanding of grammar / writing style.

You will need to read passages of the book chosen between sessions and also read some extracts material regarding the book and author. You do not have to read the book fully before the start of the course. Please bring this book to the first lesson: Title: L’Amant Author: Marguerite Duras Publisher: Edition de minuit (1984) ISBN-10: 9782707306951 Please do not buy a kindle version as the pagination is different and make class work very difficult.
