Course programme
Those of you who have had a hard week a work, relax and unwind at Hospitality House for an early evening of tasting. Explore and taste three wines from our list that complement a range of shellfish. starters prepared by our chefs. You will enjoy a glass of each of the above accompanied by a perfectly matched shellfish taster selected by our sommelier and chefs. Tasters of grilled and fried chiperones, a ragout of mussels with chilli and tomato, lobster ravioli with saffron sauce will be offered while our sommelier encourages you to savour the flavours of our chosen wines for the evening.
What qualifications or experience do I need ?No experience required apart from a love of food and wine.
