Spain is a country rich with culinary heritage and its tapas dishes are world famous for their freshness, flavour and simplicity. This half day course is designed for those amateur cooks who wish to learn how to create bite-sized morsels of perfection.
What qualifications or experience do I need ?No experience required apart from a love of food and wine.
What will I study ?You'll spend the session mastering a range of simple yet delicious dishes using easy-to-follow recipes and simple techniques. Learn how to prepare sumptuous seafood as well as sharpening your knife skills. This class is fun and informative and we encourage you to ask as many questions as you like while observing our lecturer demonstrate before allowing you the chance to practice a range of dishes including :- Clam, Mussel & Butter Beans Morcilla & Pear Fried Goats Cheese & Honey Tortilla
