Emagister has added to its educational catalog the only training course for the administration of food and medicines (FDA) to comply with the requirements of the Law of Modernization of Food Safety (FSMA) for food processors. This course is taught by SAI Global.
This program, Preventive Controls for Human Foods, was designed for the Alliance of Food Safety Preventive Controls (FSPCA) with a grant from the FDA and meets the requirement of food and food exporters to the United States.
The participants of this training will acquire the knowledge and understanding of the new rules in what relates to the FSMA of Human Food Control and the establishment of a safety program in accordance with the requirements of the FDA. Participants will receive an official manual of the FSPCA course.
Our instructors and course tutors are: Main instructors for the Course of Preventive Controls for Human Food of FSPCA. The results are in a wide range of manufacturing, processing, catering and retail areas.
Upon completion, the student will receive a certificate of completion issued by the International Training Institute for Food Protection (IFPTI).

About this course
This 3 day course will provide you with the knowledge to allow you to develop your food safety plans to meet the new and enhanced FDA requirements of FSMA. As part of this requirement successful delegates will become Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals.
Delegates are expected to have a working knowledge of food safety quality management systems and the food industry.
