Content This two-year programme consists of 12 units related to the Travel & Tourism industry, including Tourist Destinations, Customer Services, Visitor Attractions, European Travel and Event Planning. In addition, students will gain industry recognised qualifications such as NCFE Air Cabin Crew, NCFE Resort Representative, BTEC Tour Guiding and NCFE Customer Service. To complement and support the course, visits to tourism attractions and residential study visits are an integral part of study.

Assessment Units are assessed throughout the year through assignments, coursework and observation of practical activity.
