This programme is offered in partnership with the University of Greenwich. The programme will allow you to specialise in either Marketing, Accounting or Tourism. Core units: These will be studied by students of all three specialisms:

  • Quantitative techniques for business
  • Working in organisations
  • Optional units: Subject specialisms in Marketing, including:

    • Introduction to marketing

    Subject specialisms in Finance, including:

    • Financial accounting
    • Cost accounting
    • Management accounting

    Subject specialisms in Tourism, including:

    • Introduction to travel and tourism

      Entry Process:
      All applicants will be invited to an interview with the tutor, allowing you to find out more and check that the course is the best option for you. Interviews normally take place between January and September of the year in which the course starts.

      Assessment:
      Continuous assessment of both theory and practice that will include assignments and projects. There will also be a number of time-constrained assessments/examinations in the form of short progress tests and there will be formal end of year tests.

      Progression Routes:
      Successful students may progress onto the second or third year of a relevant Honours Degree, such as that offered by the University of Greenwich.

      Career Options:
      Employment in management or trainee management in the United Kingdom and abroad.
