Course Outline

The full award consists of 9 units; 5 mandatory units plus at least one of the units from the key role B section and 3 optional, therefore allowing the learner to tailor their award to suit the requirements of their job.

The mandatory units are:

• Manage activities to meet requirements.
• Contribute to improvements at work.
• Develop your own resources.
• Develop productive working relationships.
• Provide information to support decision making.

Plus either:

• Manage the use of physical resources.
• Manage the use of financial resources.
