Complementary Therapies Advanced VTCT Diploma
This course offers a range of full and part time therapies which enable you to develop specialist qualifications in advanced complementary therapies. The course covers therapies such as hot stone, seated (on-site) massage, crystal therapy, colour therapy, flower essence therapy, stress management and Reiki 2.

During the course you will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of linked activities including visits to trade fairs and exhibitions. Stress Management requires you to undertake a community on-site work placement.

You will be assessed during the course by carrying out practical treatments in the commercial salons and by completing written assessments, projects and assignments.

You are required to purchase a therapy kit, appropriate protective clothing and textbooks.

Further Study/Employment
You can progress to a degree level course in a related subject area. This course prepares you for employment within a salon, therapy clinic or health spa or for self-employment.

Course Details

Duration: 1 year full time, with one twilight class per week.
