Description:
This is a practical course equivalent to four GCSEs at grades A* to C. It will help you gain the skills you need to find work or to study at a higher level. The core subjects taught on the course are:

  • industry and organisations

You will also study specialist units in:
  • estate skills
  • habitat establishment and maintenance
  • trees, woods and forests
  • forestry practice
  • introduction to husbandry


Progression:
A related National Diploma course or you can find employment working in the countryside.
