For aspiring professionals wishing to attain a Degree while continuing to work in the hospitality industry.
During the course students will actively experience working practices in Hospitality and Business and will also develop key skills in team-work, communication, information technology, application of number and improving their own learning and performance. In semester 4 you can choose from a range of options including:
Niche Tourism

Tour Guiding

Day Release students will also study some work based elements related to leadership and management skills and will be assessed in the workplace, while Full-Time students will study work related learning modules to develop hospitality skills through work placements, either with existing employers or in the College's realistic work environment.
Teaching and learning methods include work-based learning and web-enabled delivery as well as seminars, workshops, case studies, role-play and lectures.
Assessment methods include work-based assignments, presentations, reports, development plans, projects, examinations and a research project
