Course Description
The HND specialises in Music Performance, Music Production and Music History with particular emphasis on the popular music industry. It is designed to enhance the learners employment opportunities and highlights the development of the learners personal qualities and skills as well as their own artistic development.
Learners study eight modules in Year 1 and nine modules in Year 2.

Career Prospects
This course is designed to produce graduates who are seen as creative professionals with the ability to market and present their work in the widest context in the popular music industry as performers, administrators and technicians. The HND can also be upgraded at several music colleges/universities including the University of Glamorgan to full degree status.
