What will I be studying?
Load and Unload Materials; Erecting and Dismantling Working Platforms; Maintaining Work Relationships; Set Up and Use Portable Power Tools; Form Basic Woodworking Joints; General Health and Safety.

Additional Qualification: Basic Skills Carpentry. Key Skills: Communications; Application of Number.

You will be given the opportunity to study some of the units on this course bilingually.

What can I do when I have successfully completed the programme?
Successful completion of the course will enable you to go on to the Intermediate Construction Award Course and NVQ Level 2.
