Music is a broad field - there is the music industry and music itself - meaning there are lots of career choices available. Our courses provide excellent background to the music industry, higher education and the technical skills required to gain employment in this diverse and rewarding sector.

On this course you will learn about studio production processes and extend your knowledge of the music industry. Manage a studio production project, explore multimedia sound production and music for the moving image. Develop your knowledge and skills with MIDI sequencing and sound recording techniques.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4 GCSEs grade A* - C (including English, Maths and Music), Music BTEC First Diploma Level 2 or relevant NVQ
Level 2 qualification.
Good practical knowledge of a musical instrument.
Informal interview.
