NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing

Length of Course: 1 year

Course Description: This course is for mature students who wish to train for a new career or update their existing hairdressing skills and gain a NVQ Level 2 qualification.

Students will learn skills such as cutting, perming and colouring, along with relevant theory as underpinning knowledge. Students will work within a working Salon dealing with Clients in order to cover assessments.

Entry Requirements: All students should have completed their Secondary Education to GCSE standard with grades D or above.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing
  • NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy.
