· Course Overview: · This is a practical and theory based course which consists of the student/candidate working through a number of work related units following either a bench joinery or a site carpentry route. These are achieved through assessment by observation, questioning, practical phase test and external examination. There is a requirement to achieve the course related health and safety certificate.

Entry Requirements: · Applicants should possess NVQ Level 2 in Wood Occupations or a level 2 Diploma. You will be Interviewed by a specialist tutor and be expected to demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and good communication skills.
