Performing Arts doesn't just cover music, it incorporates acting, writing and all the technical expertise and support that is needed to create theatre, film and TV. It can lead to all manner of exciting careers, from acting to set design, music performing to camera work and production.

Want to get the X factor? On this exciting new course you will study the aspects of performing allowing you to develop skills in a number of areas. Musical theatre, contemporary dance, costume making and set construction are just a few of the areas you could study. There will also be opportunities to visit stage and theatre productions.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
4 GCSEs grade D - G or relevant NVQ Level 1 qualification.
Genuine interest in the course. Informal interview/Audition.

PROGRESSION
Music Practice & Technology BTEC National Dual Award Level 3, Performing Arts BTEC National Diploma Level 3 or other related

NVQ Level 3 courses (such as Art & Design), Employment.
