The overall aim of this course is to provide a recognised qualification for those who identify and agree learning programmes and deliver training in the workplace. It is awarded in conjunction with CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development) and it ensures that practitioners develop an applied professional knowledge of the principles and practices of all aspects of learning and development. Subjects include: Evaluate and Develop Own Practice, Develop Training Sessions, Agree Learning Programmes with Learners, Create a Climate that Promotes Learning and Respond to Changes in Learning and Development.
