Description:
This course is designed to prepare students for a career in one of the uniformed services, but could also serve as an introduction to the outdoor education industry.

Study includes: entry to public services, understanding discipline, political awareness, expedition skills, teamwork in sport, law and criminology, leadership, health and fitness and outdoor activities.

The opportunity will also exist to gain additional qualifications such as the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and first aid at work. Includes Welsh Bac. Intermediate Level at Usk Campus.

Progression:
BTEC National Award/Certificate/ Diploma in Public Services

Entry Requirements:
4 GCSEs at grade D or above.
