Vehicle Fitting Operations (Fast Fit) - Level 1
This course will help you to develop the fundamental knowledge to help you progress into the fast fit sector of the automotive industry. This course uses a mix of theory and practical activities to develop the skills required to remove and replace common light vehicle components.
Throughout the duration of the course, students will cover topics including: Working safely, Basic Vehicle Construction and Layout, Basic Front Wheel Alignment, Basic Removal and Replacement of Light Vehicle Tyres, Clutches, Exhaust Systems, Suspension Dampers, Basic Testing of Vehicle Charging Systems, and Removal and Replacement of Batteries.

Further Study/Employment
Progression to Level 2 Vehicle Fitting Operations or Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle).
