Description:
This is a strongly practical course. It will give learners the opportunity to explore and study a variety of vocational areas of sport and leisure. Students will study a number of subjects including:

· Developing skills in IT;
· The Healthy Body;
· Taking part in sport;
· Personal Effectiveness;
· Social Responsibility at Work.

Students will also study a selection from the following:

· City & Guilds Adult Numeracy;
· City & Guilds Adult Literacy;
· OCN Introduction to Sport & Leisure;
· OCN Rock Climbing on Artificial Walls;
· OCN Racquet Sports

Assessment?Assessment is continuous with written work and practical assessments.

Progression:
After completing this course you will be able to progress on to a First Diploma course in any Vocational area.
