About this course

Normally students 16-19 years of age will require a minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and Science. Alternatively, a First Diploma qualification, an Intermediate GNVQ or an equivalent related qualification in engineering will be accepted. Entry for mature students without formal qualifications is at the discretion of the Faculty.

The course team are permitted to recognise learners' previous achievements and experience through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL).
