Peter Dolle is a seasoned investment professional whose experience spans over 30 years in private equity and banking. Currently involved in advisory and consultancy assignments to private equity, Peter has also been engaged in training, guest lectureship in Entrepreneurship at Stern Business School (NYU), as well as in trusteeship, foundation and endowment commitments. After graduating from Indiana University and then gaining a Kellogg (Northwestern) MBA, Peter entered the banking industry in 1969, joining Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. He remained there until 1984, having established and managed their San Francisco office and gained deep experience in leveraged finance, corporate lending and international banking.

Peter then joined leading private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 1984 up to 1993, where he helped to build the 'operating model'. At CD&R he was a Partner, with responsibilities that spanned the full private equity cycle including: fundraising, acquisitions, monitoring, management and subsequent exits. He took part in numerous multi-million and billion plus dollar buyouts of household names such as Arnold Foods Company, The Uniroyal Goodrich Tire Company and Lexmark International to name but a few.

His private equity career continued at Dubilier & Company (1996-2001) where, as a Partner, he led transactions and served on board seats on acquisitions such as Old London Foods Company. More recently Peter was a Managing Director at Blue Capital Management (2002-2007), where along with deal execution, he extensively coached mid-market management teams in executing growth strategies and also mentored the firm's junior deal professionals.
