About this course

Gain an understanding of meridians and how they can be safely incorporated into your reflexology treatments.

Suitable for qualified reflexologists (recognised level 3 qualification or higher).

Reflexology recognised Level 3 qualification or higher

The course has been designed and delivered by Gaia School of Natural Health, a long established and well respected Complementary Therapy training school.
Reflexologists gain the following CPD points PR 7, AoR 7 and FHT 5

BSc MA MSc MAR PRM Qualified reflexologist and aromatherapist. Principal of Gaia School of Natural Health Carolyn is also a Reiki Master Teacher, and holds a Certificate in Crystal Healing. Carolyn is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, Professional Reflexology, Reiki Federation and Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.

Course programme

The day includes 40% theory and 60% practical and covers:
  • brief introduction to TCM concepts such as Yin and Yang and Five Elements
  • how meridian imbalances affect us physically, mentally and emotionally
  • how, when and why to work a meridian
  • drawing the meridian pathways through the body
  • identifying and working meridian points on the feet
