General Acrobatics

A great fun inclusive way to improve your overall fitness, coordination (in 3D movement), flexibility, and stamina!

Learn or improve a range of general acrobatic skills including: tumbling, trampette, acrobalance & handstands.

Great crossover for those interested in gymnastics, trampoline, parkour, tricking, street running, martial arts and trapeze / aerial acrobatics.

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, you will need to be generally physically fit.

Warming up
Stretching
Conditioning
Handstands
Floor tumbling
Trampette
