General Risk Assessment

3 day Course

Overview

General Risk Assessment programmes exist to identify predictable risks arising from work activities to help ensure that suitable risk control measures are in place. It ensures that companies have the knowledge of how to identify risk and how to manage this both to meet their legal requirements and to assist in management planning.

This course teaches attendees how to perform ‘general' risk assessments to cover the widest range of safety concerns. This includes: if and when to record assessments; how to identify risks and be able to prioritise; how to keep records to a manageable but important minimum; how to use the general risk assessment process to develop control measures. In
summary, how to predict and protect into the future.
