Get on the Ball 1

Get On The Ball, the internationally recognised Swiss Ball Training concept, is now opening courses to fitness professionals for the first time. Get On The Ball has trained thousands of practitioners over the past ten years, and its concepts are used with a vast array of clients including the Royal Marines, professional football clubs and Olympic athletes, through to community back care programmes and elderly falls prevention.

The workshop is known for its exceptional quality in instruction, consistently surprising participants with the level of knowledge and technical expertise that they acquire. They are based on Joanne Elphinstone's multimodal training model, and extend participants by teaching accurate cueing and facilitation as well as the reasoning for each technique that sets apart the expert practitioner from their peers.

Part 1 will establish the foundation necessary to provide expert training, and cover the Key Exercises. The technical level will be appropriate for early and intermediate client application and provide the basis for the more advanced applications in Part 2.
