The trainer was very enthusiastic, open minded and knowledgeable. To deliver a course like this you would have to show a high standard of training yourself and our facilitator managed that well. The room that was chosen had what we needed and the course came with a useful workbook to follow. I would highly recommended this academy for any courses.

Studying via distance learning so a little tougher when it comes to assessment portfolios, but Rokshana was very good, promptly responded to my questions and clearly stated what I needed to submit as evidence and gave me feedback on how I could provide this.
Rokshana also promptly reviewed any work I submitted to ensure it was the required standard.
Upon sending for submission I had a prompt email to advise that it was received for marking and now waiting for the results.
Good price for such an in-depth course - the CAVA really makes you demonstrate your competency in assessing others.
