Introduces students to the Biomechanics of the joints and its effect on the locomotion of the animal, skills of palpation, connectivity and touch and the psychomotor skills necessary for future animal adjusting

Animal Handling & Massage

Introduces students to the anatomy and physiology of the horse and dog, indications and contraindications to animal massage, safe and effective animal massage and safe animal handling

Programme Progression

Each student must have satisfied the criteria of assessment and achieved the appropriate number of credits before being allowed to progress to the MSc Animal Manipulation programme. Students’ progress through the programme as shown below.
