Preparation of a fatigue risk management plan in aviation, rail, road and mining will require an appropriately qualified individual to assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of this plan.  In addition, regulatory agencies tasked with approving fatigue risk management plans will require appropriately trained and knowledgeable professionals.
