He has been an Associate Consultant with CMI for over 15 years and was previously the Institute’s Head of Management Development Services. Philip is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society and a Licentiate Member of the CIPD.
Course programme
The Graduate Development Programme is a comprehensive four-day programme designed specifically for graduates in their first two or three years in a professional role. Sub-titled ‘Working in Organisations', the Graduate Development Programme sets out to help participants develop their understanding of organisational behaviour, what makes people tick and how to develop effective working relationships - getting things done, through with and for other people. The Graduate Development Programme also focuses on understanding organisational and business objectives and provides an introduction to areas such as finance, marketing, personnel and information management.
