Graphic Design is everywhere, in magazines, advertising, packaging, the Internet, CD/DVD covers it is even on your cereal box in the morning. If you are creative and want to work in advertising, display, publishing or electronic media then this course can develop your talent and skills by involving you in realistic assignments which will prepare you for the modern design workplace.

Content:
This course give students opportunity to experiment with printmaking, craftwork, 3D model-making, digital design, book arts and papercraft. The idea is to develop foundational skills to progress onto a higher level course this includes communication skills and organisation skills. As well as traditional skills such as drawing, painting and craft work you will use computer software such as Photoshop. You will analyse the work of graphic designers inadvertising, marketing with regards to style and the messages being put across.
