The course is led by Charles Hooper, an experienced green woodworker who has been teaching for 10 years. Charles originally learned green woodworking during the filming for BBC’s Mastercrafts in 2009. Since then Charles has honed his skills making much of the furniture and features at Forest Garden Shovelstrode and is passionate in wanting to preserve this heritage craft by passing on his knowledge and experience.

Additional information

Tea, coffee & biscuits and lunch are provided. This course runs from 0900am until 5.30pm. The final day generally ends around 1.00/2.00pm Please wear appropriate clothing for woodworking outdoors i.e. trousers, sturdy boots etc. Price: £245pp  Seating materials are not included
