The client base may include young people (14-16 yrs), older adults, ante and post natal clients and those with disabilities as long as the relevant contraindications and key safety guidelines are observed.

Delivering Personal Training Sessions: This unit covers the knowledge and skills that a personal trainer will need to deliver training programmes for healthy adults of all ages. The client base may include young people (14-16 yrs), older adults, ante and post natal clients and those with disabilities as long as the relevant contraindications and key safety guidelines are observed.
