The instructors were very supportive in the practical parts, repeating the sections we did not fully understand. The manuals supplied were comprehensive and complete, with all the information neccessary to succede

The course was very good. People had recommended me to YMCAfit and I wasn't disappointed. The tutor was excellent. The facilities were ok with the only issue being driving away from the venue on a Saturday, but outside of that, I was impressed and have since done further courses.

This is the highest level of qualification available to Martial Arts and Combat Splrts Instructors and Coaches in the UK. I've just found out (on the first tutorial day) that successful assessment of various units is enough to AUTOMATICALLY PASS up to EIGHT different NVQs, including Personal Training, Leisure Management and Coaching, as well as qualifying you to teach the KeyStage Skills kids now learn in school. Amazing!
