This Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course has been specifically designed to help businesses and individuals learn basic first aid skills so that they have the confidence to act in a potentially life-threatening situation. The course uses high quality videos and written guidance to help you recognise emergency situations, treat minor conditions and reactions and ensure appropriate action is taken at the time of an incident.

About this course
The HSE requires at least six training contact hours for this course. Learners must attend all sessions to be eligible for assessment, which is done by continuous observation and questioning during the course.
This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who work in low hazard environments or where the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines indicate staff should hold a certificate in Emergency First Aid at Work.
