Hair C&G Diploma Entry 3

You will be able to study a wide range of exciting topics including: hand care; skin care; nail art; shampooing; make-up application and face painting; women's hair styling; using colour; health & safety; reception work; and anatomy & physiology You will also learn functional skills

You will be continually assessed throughout the course and will complete practical assessments on real-life clients, as well as doing written assignments and tests You will create a portfolio of your work

This course allows progression onto Level 1 courses in Hair & Beauty

There are no formal entry requirements, but you will need good interpersonal skills, a high standard of personal presentation, and a hygienic appearance Entry on the course is subject to an interview

Purchase of a beauty therapy kit, salon uniform and appropriate footwear is required Full details will be given at the interview stage You may be required to pay for models for some of your assessments
