Who is this course for? Mature Students, possibly with childcare commitments or those in daytime employment and want to retrain for a career in hairdressing. The course will give you a broad understanding of the hairdressing industry and practical requirements.

Previous knowledge required: None - prospective candidates should be at least 16 years of age and have an interest in the craft of hairdressing.

What will I study? The VRQ Level 2 training programme will include the following units: Health and Safety Consultation with clients Cutting Blowdrying and Setting hair Colouring and Perming hair Reception Skills
