About this course

Managers will understand their responsibilities for the welfare of their respective employees, develop a deep understanding of how they create a supportive, positive and balanced work environment, identify the appropriate processes, systems and functions that can be used to support individuals, explore their current ability and further hone their skills and confidence to engage with and support their employees appropriately and effectively.

The course is aimed at those who hold management responsibility for others and who would benefit from further skills practice and understanding of how to best support the wellbeing of their team.

No prior experience required. However this is a virtual programme and you will need to have access to a private and interrupted space with a laptop or PC (not a mobile device or tablet). You will also need a reliable internet connection with your video camera and microphone enabled for each session. Your face will need to be facing 'straight' to camera rather than use of side angle to ensure the interactive sessions can occur effectively.

This is a new course that features some of the current challenges to wellbeing and team health that are being reported by different business sectors. It enables managers to explore a range of issues and challenges in a supportive environment whilst allowing for skills practice and practical tools to support managers with their responsibilities in this area.

Our client relationship manager will contact you to discuss your scheduling and numbers for the programme.

We run this programme for groups of 10-12 delegates.
