An Apprenticeship is essentially a set of qualifications - called a ‘framework’. Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care and Children and Young People's Settings. As an apprentice you will learn about your rights and responsibilities in the workplace Level 2 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care will enable you to demonstrate your workplace abilities and prove that you can perform specific job-related tasks Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, flexible to suit all fields across the health and social care sector. You can choose a pathway of learning that suits your role now or for the future Transferable Skills such as Functional Skills which cover more general work-related skills such as communication (literacy) team working, and problem solving (numeracy) and using new technologies in understanding about the job you are training for The units are assessed in your workplace by your work based assessor.
