Higher Diploma in Society, Health and Development Level 2

Course Content:
This course examines four sectors: health, social care, young children and community justice. You will be given an insight into many rewarding careers within these sectors and an initial introduction to the roles of all of the different professions. It also shows you how the different services fit together and teaches you the importance of putting the individual at the centre of those services.

Progression:
On successful completion of the course you may progress onto related Level 2 courses such as:

Advanced Diplome in Society, Health and Development
A relevant NVQ e.g. CCLD
A relevant BTEC e.g. BTED national CCLD / Public Services

Qualification:
Higher Diploma in Society Health and Development

Duration:
One Year, full time
