Liberal Arts (BA): 4-year, part-time

In Year 1, you take a core and a compulsory module and choose one option module from the School of Arts or School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy, all at Level 4.

In Year 2, you take a core module and choose a Level 5 option module from the Department of English, Theatre and Creative Writing and a Level 4 School of Arts or School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy option module.

In Year 3, you choose two Level 5 School of Arts, School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy or School of Law option modules and a Level 6 option module from the Department of English, Theatre and Creative Writing.

In Year 4, you choose two Level 6 School of Arts, School of Social Sciences, History and Philosophy or School of Law option modules. You also write a dissertation on a topic of your choice (7000 words).
