This qualification could open up a wide variety of lucrative career opportunities. The food industry is the biggest employer in the UK and there are jobs for those interested in technology, management, processing, food safety and in promoting innovative ideas in food.
There are huge opportunities for global travel if you work for some of the top food producing companies. This course could prepare you for a management career or act as a sound basis for a top-up degree in an associated subject such as quality management, food marketing or new product development.
Typically our part-time students already work in the food industry. Many food companies use this option to train potential future managers. This qualification is also a good choice for career changers.
