One Higher Grade pass, plus two Standard Grade passes or an SGA Intermediate 2 in Hospitality. Students with appropriate industrial experience may be accepted without formal qualifications.

Students are encouraged to apply practical skills to project, and theory-based assessments. Where the practical training suites are, not available in the college, case study assessments are based on, real industrial establishments.
