      One Higher Grade pass, plus two Standard Grade passes or an SGA Intermediate 2 in Hospitality. Students with appropriate industrial experience may be accepted without formal qualifications.

      The course is assessed in the college¿s realistic work environment,, where students get the opportunity to apply theory to practical, situations. Students are encouraged to apply practical skills to project, and theory-based assessments.
