Holistic and Beauty Business Start Up Course

By the end of this course you will

1. Have reviewed your strengths, existing skills and weaknesses
2. Review what you have already achieved in terms of setting up your business
3. Be clear on the bigger picture and next baby steps of what you need to do in order to set up your business
4. Receive practical guidance and concise checklists so that you can decide your next steps to set up 11 essential areas of your business. These key areas include accessing support, creating your business plan, assessing amd planning your training and personal development needs, guidance to help you choose the right location/premises/business name, product and equipment purchases, policies and procedures for health and safety, administration and finance, what you need to consider with regards to human resources and business legislation and guidance to help you create your own marketing plan. Note I do not go into the finer detail of matters that I am not a specialist in e.g. human resources, business law, accounts etc but I will inform you of what steps you need to take and signpost you in the right direction.
5. Have started to take concrete practical action and will be moving forward in the direction of your business launch
6. Feel more confident, knowledgable and in control of your business start up
7. Have templates for your client record, under 16 parental consent form for chidlren's 1 to 1 treatments, pamper parties, adults pamper party or corporate event consent form, GP referral letter, product recommendations template and also inspiration for creating your own marketing material.

In this course, I also share pitfalls to watch out for and hard earned pearls of wisdom that I have learned over the past 20+ years of working as a holistic and beauty therapist. I have been fortunate to work self employed and for 3rd party agencies in a variety of settings: my own salon and home treatment room, day spas, *5 hotel spas, community projects, large scale corporate events and children's and adults pamper parties, so I have a lot of experience to share.
