Holistic means 'whole'. So this form of massage deals with you as a 'whole'. The aim is to re-balance the body so it achieves homeostasis or balance. Holistic massage is a therapeutic application of touch that is also a supportive, relaxing treatment that encourages the mind to slow down whilst energy is increased. This treatment also lifts the spirit on an emotional level.

About this course

This course is for complete beginners or existing therapists, no previous experience required to attend. Anatomy and Physiology is pre-requisite for this course. We offer a home study course that you can study at the same time as the Holistic Massage.
Holistic is a perfect 'starter' course for individual's who are just beginning their therapy career, as well as a useful addition to the established therapist's range of skills, including Reiki Practioners, Holistic Therapists, Beauty Therapists and Spa technicians.
