Course programme
To be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism, eight (8) modules need to be completed and assignments passed, including all exams, from any combination from the list below. Research Project 1, must be included in the eight modules plus 100 hours industry meetings. These would commonly include the following, though you may substitute some modules for others offered by the academy, provided the substitutions are approved by a member of the academic staff.
