About this course

You will have at least 4 GCSEs at grade C. At least THREE must be from : English Language or Literature/Humanities (History,Geography,RS,Sociology,Psychology)/Business/Science (Core and Additional OR triple)/Maths. Alternatively you will have a DISTINCTION in a Level 2 Diploma OR an NVQ2 OR a CACHE Cert.

Hospitality BTEC National Certificate
This is a 2 year course from GCSE or it can be a second year option from the BTEC Hospitality Award.

What does the course involve?
The course includes 12 units from a diverse range.

What will I study?
This course gives the student 12 varied units which could include the following: food service operation, work-related project in hospitality, accommodation operations, alcoholic beverage service operations, introduction to Asian cuisine, principles of healthy eating, marketing for hospitality, kitchen organisation and food safety.
