Hospitality Course The programme has been devised to provide learners with an understanding of the hospitality industry. Where learners are looking to enhance their knowledge, this programme will enable students to acquire skills that will prepare them for the industry. The course is intended to provide an introduction to, and an understanding of the key principles of hospitality, enabling students to apply good practice in the workplace. The course is suited to tourism, hotel, restaurant, leisure and visitor businesses and organisations. It is equally useful to business owners, managers and staff.
